Fathers 4 Justice South Africa

Alienated from your children?  You have come to the right place.

Fathers 4 Justice South Africa campaigns for the right of the child to have joint, equal, shared, daily, physical, emotional, psychological, contact, care, guardianship and maintenance with, by and for both parents at all times.

It is irrelevant whether the biological parents of a child were married or not, what their religious, cultural or traditional beliefs are. A child must be able to have a relationship with both biological parents. You had your child together; you should be able to raise your child together.

The responsibility of raising a child resides with the parents that had the child, namely the biological parents. It should not be left up to the courts to make decisions on how to care for or raise your child.

Fathers 4 Justice South Africa will assist any parent/s in need, notwithstanding

Fathers 4 Justice South Africa does not refuse help on the basis of any means of discrimination, we campaign for the right of the child.
